You burn body fat, it conditions the waist and builds hand and waist coordination plus improves spinal flexibility. Hooping also boosts circulation levels and helps you get toned abs. And while you're working out, enjoy a fun dance," 

Other quickies

Spinning and Pilates balls are also apt ways to revitalize your workout and make it enjoyable. Do them as per your level of difficulty. Pole dancing also works well on abdominal s and teaches muscle control.

Been 15 years with Ritambhara Sahni's Institute and i guess - its time again to share my experience to others- so here is my review on belly dance Institute Mumbai ---A dancer’s journey is unique for everyone. So my journey first started as a hip- hop dancer with Ritambhara Sahni's institute for the performing arts and then as a belly dancer again at Ritambhara Sahni's belly dance institute Mumbai. I began 15 years ago at Ritambhara Sahni's institute and it has been a very adventurous and exciting journey. From a young girl with dreams of being a powerful and strong dancer and dancing around the house to a young lady living those same dreams, the instructors, especially Ritambara Sahni, have been there with me always. They have nurtured and expanded my dreams and helped me realize that my dreams can be a reality. I have taken all the classes i can at Ritambhara Sahni's institute- from hip-hop, tap, jazz, , contemporary and belly dance technique to being on the competition teams. But, through all the years, belly dance has now become my passion. My passion has thrived through being involved in the many belly dance shows and productions offered to belly dancing all over Mumbai ciry. My passion for belly dance led me to discover the impossible in so many ways. The training and encouragement I have received from you - Ritambhara Sahni mam enables me to continue to reach for my goals and to set new heights in my training. If ever you find a home where you feel as comfortable as I do, Belly Dance Institute Mumbai is the place. Ritambhara Sahni has been the best teacher i have ever had and belly dance institute Mumbai is just awesome.

I danced with Ritambhara Sahni mam from when I was just 9 years old, to 18 years, so it's safe to say that Ritambhara Sahni's Institute - be it Ritambhara Sahni's Institute For the Performing arts back then or Belly Dance Institute Mumbai by Ritambhara Sahani has been the most constant part of my childhood and transition into adulthood, and I wouldn't change that for the world. I would love to put down my review here or better still a testimonial which i would love to write so many times as i have accomplished so much from this belly dance class in Mumbai - Ritambhara Sahni's institute and mam hereself. Studying dance and belly dance with Miss Ritambhara Sahni mam was absolutely wonderful, I not only enjoyed the dancing so much, but paying attention to the technique in dance and especially belly dance has helped me so much in the course I am in now. Eversince i shifted houses ,I go to the Andheri center as of now at Belly Dance Institute Mumbai, doing my professional course at Belly Dance Institute Mumbai - Andheri but earlier on i was always at the Bandra Khar center and sometimes would travel to Colaba as well. In my course we do a belly dance warm up, techniques of course, choreography,drills,streches each time and having been with Ritambhara Sahni mam for so long I found I had a huge advantage going into the course, as my knowledge and understanding of the right technique to use when dancing was above average amongst my peers. There is no way my love for performing would have been ignited if it weren't for Ritambhara Sahni mam. Also this dance form makes you also fall in love with your belly dance belt so much and watching others dance in their belly dance belts is such an amazing feel. Belly dancing belts just create that Bliss for me. Ritambhara Sahni's belly dance classes in Mumbai are truely one of its kinds. I must say here in my testimonial that i enjoyed dancing so much at Hipnosis - Mumbai - Belly dance institute Mumbai's event and stage show to belly dance.Also, the friend's that I made throughout the years in my classes I will be friends with for life.Thats the positivity of dance connection. The classes always had such a warm and accepting vibe, while Ritambhara Sahni mam still taught us about the appropriate discipline that is required for belly dance. I never felt uncomfortable in a class, I always felt driven to try my best and to achieve my potential. I have had the best time of my life at your institute and would love to share my experience here in the form of my review or a testimonial. Ritambhara Sahni’s belly dance institute is one great place to learn the beautiful art of belly dancing. Having attended Ritambhara's belly dance classes in Mumbai for several months now, I can honestly say I have never enjoyed dancing and exercising so much! The belly dance classes are fun and interesting making it a bonus that you are also having a good workout at the same time. On the first day of my beginners belly dance class in Mumbai with Ritambhara Sahni of belly dance institute Mumbai at their Andheri center i felt it was absolutely fabulous. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by a nice group of women. There was a good balance of light hearted fun, focused and clear instruction and the room for self-expression of feminine energy and passion … it was everything I was hoping it would be :) . Besides feeding my hidden passion for sequins and gold lame, Arabic dancing has given me more confidence. In a society that prizes super-thin models, I've become more comfortable in my "size large" skin. I walk a little taller now, even if I'm only headed to my tiny cubicle at work. I appreciate the fact that Ritambhara Sahani mam allows us students to come for extra practice sessions at all her centers be it Colaba, Bandra , Khar or Andheri. Also how can i forget to mention my love for my belly dance belt. Belly Dancing in my belly dancing belt makes me more passionate about belly dancing. Belly Dancing belts are contagious and addictive. I am a witness of that. On my first day when i saw all the students belly dance with their shimmery colorful belly dance belts , i just had to own one and ever since i have been hooked to my belly dance belt , belly dance of course and Ritambhara Sahni's Belly Dance Institute Mumbai.

  4. I have been a student at Belly Dance institute Mumbai and Ritambhara Sahni's Institute for several years and now my daughters are also a part of her institute. I am posting here from my daughters profile and i really have a lot to say for Ritambhara Sahni's Belly dance institute Mumbai. Well even 20 years ago i joint Ritambhara Sahni learning about her from Bombay times and then hearing great reviews and testimonials from friends who tried her classes. Ritambhara Sahni's Institute was a major part of my life and now is her belly dance institute Mumbai. At Belly Dance Institute Mumbai by Ritambhara Sahni I learned to work hard and love who I am.
